Instead of a black tuxedo/white shirt/vest/bowtie, Tuxedo Springer has a Navy Blue tuxedo with gold trim/buttons, white shirt/vest/bowtie, white mask, Navy blue top hat (with smokey-red trim) and a navy blue (on the back side) and smokey-red (on the inside) cape that's held to the tuxedo with gold clamps.

Attack: Tuxedo! La Smoking Flamer!
Calling out 'Tuxedo' causes a wind to flutter out his cape as his right hand extends forward and left hand to extend out to the side. An energy ball forms in front of his open right hand and takes the shape of a smoke bomb. As 'La Smoking Flamer!' is said, the smoke bomb then hurtles and lands next to the flamer's feet and explodes, filling the area where the flamer stands with smoke and making the flamer choke.
History: Once upon a time, somewhere else in Internet Land, Yaji sighed as he ran into another flame within a guestbook while searching the huge selection of Sailor Moon fansites. Bored, he went into a forum and saw that someone was royaly making fun of flames and that she was calling herself Sailor Spoof. Intrigued, he talked with her and desided to join forces with her and her Ditto to publicly humiliate the flamers while heartlessly mocking the flamers at the same time. If one would ask him about it, he'd wear a large grin and say, "It was meant to be. She'd beat them to death, while I'd bore them to death with my cheesey speeches and long winded monologs."
